Disappointed

I reached out to costumer service the day I received my package because my keychain was broken during shipment. I did receive a response but there was no follow up. I would have liked to hear back especially because I love their cuticle oils. The lack of costumer service makes it difficult for me purchase from the company again. I would have loved to have the keychain!
